Shipping & Returns
Ostens currently ships to the United Kingdom (Mainland & Non Mainland UK), Ireland, Europe and the United States (for US orders visit US.ostens.com).
In the UK deliveries usually take 2 - 3 working days after the order date (please allow 5 - 7 days on rare occurrences) and tracking will also be provided where possible. International deliveries may take 3 - 8 working days, however, please note estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to UK mainland addresses. All orders for Non Mainland UK and Europe will incur a £15 delivery charge.

International Deliveries Only
Please be aware that deliveries outside the UK may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions.
To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any charges incurred and advise that you check with your local customs agent before placing an order.

We hope you are pleased with your purchase however for whatever reason the product is not suitable please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days to arrange a return (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Please note that products must be returned within a resalable condition, in their original packaging, sealed and unused. We cannot accept products that have been tampered with.
We will endeavour to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product and will credit your original method of payment.
We kindly ask that you retain proof of posting until you have received your refund.
